RETURN POLICY
All Sale (items ending in .99), Game Used, and Customized items are final sale and non-refundable.
NOTE: You have 30 days from the receipt of an order to return/exchange products, provided the item is unworn with tags still attached. No price adjustments will be given on items.
- All returns must be sent by mail. No returns/exchanges will be processed at the Gulls Merchandise Stands at Pechanga Arena.
- A return label will only be provided if the order error was a result by the San Diego Gulls Team Store (you receive an incorrect item/size, damaged/defective).
- If a mistake was made in your order or you would like to exchange/return an item please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return/exchange.
- Return shipping costs will only be covered if it is a result of our error
